By completing four of the following activities*, a girl and her family may earn the Family Partnership Patch. Activity 1 is required; *** activity 2 or 8 counts as three activities. The list below details ways families can help their daughters earn the Family Partnership Patch, help their daughters’ troop and their Girl Scout council.
1. *My family contributed to the Family Partnership
Program. (See GS Families Responsibilities)
2. *** My family member serves as a Troop Leader/ Assistant Leader or Troop Product Sale Manager.
3. My family participated in a troop activity,
helped with a troop meeting, drove on
a field trip or helped earn a patch or badge.
4. My family attended the council annual meeting.
5. My family helped with a troop community service project.
6. My family received training to be the troop first-aider or took troop camp training.
7. My family started our own family health and fitness plan. (Weekly Plan Outline/Worksheet)
8. *** My family helped with other fundraising events for the council.
Complete this form and take or mail it to the Indiana Lakeland Girl Scout Council to show how your family helped your daughter’s troop & council.
